Personal membership and respectful conduct
Keep your account for your own use. Be respectful, avoid harassment, discriminatory or threatening posts, do not disclose others’ private information, and do not post unsafe instructions as though they were personal advice from Darren.
Content and recording
Member-only videos, written coaching resources and community materials must not be copied, screen-recorded for redistribution, sold, republished or shared outside the permitted membership. Technical restrictions or personalised watermarks may be used proportionately to discourage misuse, as described in the Privacy Policy where personal information is involved.
Moderation and reporting
We may remove unlawful, infringing or seriously inappropriate material and restrict accounts proportionately, subject to applicable law. Report concerns to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Do not use the community for urgent safety or medical assistance.
Your posts
You retain rights to your original posts, while granting us permission to display them to the intended community for the operation of that feature. We will not use your private coaching videos for advertising without separate permission.
