Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026.
Draft — some details on this page are still being completed. Highlighted items will be filled in before this policy is final.
Cancel a membership
You can stop future recurring payments through [CANCELLATION FLOW] or [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will explain when access ends and what happens to any unused assessment entitlement before you cancel. Cancellation of future renewals is separate from any statutory right to withdraw from a recent purchase.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where applicable, consumers purchasing remotely have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions. Digital content and services have different rules: an early start does not automatically eliminate withdrawal rights. If you ask for a service to begin during the withdrawal period, the site must obtain any legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement and explain any lawful pro-rata payment or loss of rights. The exact treatment depends on the product and whether performance has begun or been fully completed.
Where a statutory right applies, customers may exercise it by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with their name, purchase details and a clear statement that they wish to withdraw.
Refunds and problems
If we cannot provide a paid service, provide a service that does not conform to applicable law, or otherwise owe a remedy, we will offer the remedy required by law. Refunds, where due, will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise lawfully agreed, within the applicable statutory timeframe.
