Confidence Comes From Skill

Confidence is not found - it is built. Every correctly repeated movement strengthens the skill.

Confidence is not found - it is built. Every correctly repeated movement strengthens the skill.

Skiers often tell me they need more confidence. Usually they are talking about steeper slopes, higher speeds, difficult snow or terrain they do not know.
